1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the bk99vip website and all associated services, products, software, and content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated and maintained by bk99vip for the benefit of registered users located in Bangladesh.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bk99vip platform — whether on a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device — you agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules published on the platform from time to time. All such documents are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

bk99vip reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English-language version constitutes the authoritative version of this Agreement for all purposes. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the bk99vip platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bk99vip does not permit players under the age of 18 to register or use the Service under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Service as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any business entity.
• You are not a professional player, agent, or affiliate acting in a capacity that would give you an unfair advantage over other players.
• You are not prohibited from gambling by any applicable law or court order in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of bk99vip or any of its affiliated game studio partners.

bk99vip enforces strict age verification procedures. All players are required to submit a valid government-issued identification document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — before their first withdrawal request is processed. Where bk99vip suspects that an account may belong to a minor, it reserves the right to suspend the account and request immediate verification without notice.

Any account found to have been registered by a player who was under 18 years of age at the time of registration will be permanently closed. All funds associated with such an account, including any deposits and accrued winnings, will be forfeited and will not be returned.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services offered by bk99vip, you must create a registered account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on bk99vip. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bk99vip reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and withhold any associated winnings pending investigation.

Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and in subsequent communications with bk99vip is accurate and truthful. Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bk99vip operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any time during your use of the Service:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits, confirming the account is registered in your name.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bk99vip may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is successfully completed.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bk99vip account at any time by contacting our support team at support@bk99vip (plain text). Upon closure, any remaining balance (after verification) will be returned to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to standard withdrawal processing times. Accounts under active investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is resolved.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bk99vip are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Exchange rate conversions are not supported.

Deposits

bk99vip accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your account balance within approximately 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (subject to change; check the deposit page for current limits).
• Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on your payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bk99vip does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful identity verification (KYC). Once approved, withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (subject to change; check the withdrawal page for current limits).
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the bk99vip account holder.
• bk99vip reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the relevant bonus offer.

Anti-Money Laundering

bk99vip is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. Any deposit that cannot be linked to legitimate gaming activity may be subject to investigation, and associated accounts may be suspended pending review. bk99vip cooperates fully with applicable authorities in any such investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bk99vip offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and reward programmes to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and this general Agreement, the bonus-specific term will take precedence for that offer.

Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to first-time account holders only and cannot be claimed more than once. Wagering Requirements

All bonuses at bk99vip are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the bonus-specific terms.

• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and crash games may carry different contribution percentages — check each bonus offer for full details.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining in your account after the expiry date will be removed automatically.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• bk99vip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Promotional Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or placing low-risk bets specifically to drain bonus balances — constitutes promotional abuse and is strictly prohibited. bk99vip reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where promotional abuse is detected.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of bk99vip, you agree to use the Service lawfully, responsibly, and in a manner consistent with the spirit of fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk99vip platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the Service.
• Creating or operating more than one account on bk99vip.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the bk99vip platform or any of its game systems.
• Using the Service to facilitate, commit, or assist in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multiplayer game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to generate winnings outside normal play. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of a bug must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Depositing funds to bk99vip from a payment method that does not belong to you, or facilitating deposits on behalf of another person.
• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language toward bk99vip staff or other players in any communication channel.

bk99vip reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the affected account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals may be placed on hold. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, bk99vip may take one or more of the following actions: issue a formal warning, temporarily or permanently suspend the account, void any associated bonuses and winnings, and/or report the matter to relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the bk99vip platform — including but not limited to the bk99vip brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other materials — is the exclusive property of bk99vip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the bk99vip platform without prior written permission.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or its underlying software.
• Use the bk99vip brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without explicit written consent.
• Scrape, index, or systematically collect data from the bk99vip platform using automated tools.

Game content available on bk99vip is licensed from third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, among others. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective studio or rights holder and are used by bk99vip under valid licence agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk99vip, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliated partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Service. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform, regardless of outcome.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the availability or performance of the Service caused by factors outside bk99vip's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, mobile network congestion, or server maintenance windows.
• Losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account credentials by a third party where bk99vip was not at fault.
• Inaccuracies or delays in game outcome display caused by connectivity issues on your device or network.
• Any decisions you make based on content published on the bk99vip platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or promotional information.

Service Availability

bk99vip targets 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever possible. bk99vip shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of planned or unplanned downtime.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bk99vip operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction.
